At Zion Upper Room Apostolic Faith Church, we are the church where God leads the people and everybody is somebody. We believe in the oneness of God. There is one indivisible God with no distinction of persons in God's eternal essence, and Jesus Christ is the manifestation, human personification, or incarnation of the one God.

Bishop Isaac Williams was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost more than 40 years ago. He is the husband of Minister Joyce Williams and they have been married for over 40 years. They are the proud parents of ten children and over 30 grandchildren. Bishop is the founder and owner of Williams and Sons Disposal which has flourished for over 35 years. For many years, Bishop Williams has serviced under the parent body of the Apostolic Assemblies of Christ Incorporated.

Ten years ago, Bishop was appointed Diocesan Bishop of the Tennessee Carolina Council by the Founder, Bishop G.M. Boone. Bishop Williams is now the Assistant Presiding Bishop of the Apostolic Assemblies of Christ. Bishop is also an accomplished author, having published, Birthing Souls into the Kingdom through Effective Alter Working.

Minister Joyce Williams is a woman of many talents. She is the epitome of the Proverbs 31 woman. She is the mother of 10 children and the nana of over 30 grandchildren. First Lady Joyce is the owner of one of the best restaurants in Gallatin Tennessee, Oh Taste and See.
